Special Events at Our Brooklyn Yoga Studio

To make International Yoga Day extra special, we’re offering a variety of free and donation-based classes, special workshops, and community activities. Here’s what to expect:

🌞 Sunrise Flow in Prospect Park (6:30 AM)

Start the day with an invigorating outdoor Vinyasa flow, surrounded by nature. Practicing yoga outdoors enhances mindfulness, breath awareness, and connection to the earth—a perfect way to embrace the energy of the summer solstice!

🧘 Free Community Yoga Class (12:00 PM)

Join us for a free, all-levels yoga class at our studio, where we’ll flow through gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

🕉️ Yoga Philosophy & Meditation Workshop (4:00 PM)

Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures. This special session will explore the roots of yoga, mindfulness practices, and guided meditation techniques to help cultivate inner peace and clarity.

🌙 Candlelit Yin & Sound Healing Session (7:00 PM)

Wind down with a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class, followed by a soothing sound bath with singing bowls and gongs. This experience will help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore balance.
