The Origins of the Practice
The 26+2 is actually a foundational "beginner" sequence derived from a much larger body of 84 postures. The 84 Series is a 2-hour practice that includes arm balances, deep backbends, and lotus variations. It is a challenging, athletic, and deeply rewarding practice.
