Join us for a 7-day retreat in a remote coastal town on the pacific side of Panama with 2 nights in Panama City. Yoga practices lead by Chauncie Parchment, Roody, and Jessica Senecal.
This is an unforgettable adventure in beautiful Santa Catalina, Panama. Deepen your practice with 5 days of yoga with 2 complimentary surf lessons to rejuvenate and revitalize the mind, body, and soul. Classes will include Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga, Traditional 26&2, and Qi Gong breath work meditation.

All rooms feature AC, fan, WIFI, quality memory foam mattresses, cable TV, wardrobe, safe, ensuite with hot water shower and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All rooms have a garden view patio with a hammock, table, and chairs.

● 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before the retreat start date.
● 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before the retreat start date.
● 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before the retreat start date.
● FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
